Sangiovese and Dolcetto grape juice

Some years ago, when hosting a book launch, we offered the guests glasses of freshly squeezed Sangiovese grapes.

The result was so popular that we decided to commercially produce a small volume of Sangiovese grape juice every year. The juice is rich and concentrated, and absolutely delicious. There are no preservatives or other things added. It is 100% pure juice.  And, according to recent medical research, purple grape juice is the healthiest juice you can drink.

Not being able to keep up with the demand for this juice, with the 2008 vintage, we decided to make a small volume of juice from our Dolcetto grapes. And the result is fantastic. The juice is similarly rich and concentrated, but has flavours very much like the wine – cherries and dried fruits. Remarkable.
