Dear David and Mary

We had the absolute pleasure, last night, of sharing with our daughter and son our last remaining
bottle of Herons Flight 1991 Cabernet Sauvignon.

We had cellared it since purchase in our home cellar and brought it – about 4 to 5 months ago –
to the bach where it was rested until last night. We decanted it about an hour and a half before dinner
and were completely blown away by it. There was absolutely no degradation of nose, colour and taste
and it is a real testament to the skills you both immediately brought to what was then your new venture.
