Wine list and beverages
Our small wine list has been selected to reflect the diversity
of New Zealand wines. Each wine represents
one of the most authentic of that type and, in most cases, comes from the region best known for that variety. The final criterion for inclusion is that the wine is made on the same site as the vineyard and by the same ‘people’, thus enhancing the notion of terroir.
This wine list changes regularly.
