How Our Wine Club Works

We've made joining the Heron's Flight Wine Club as simple as possible.

1. Choose your collection

Start with Discovery, Reserve or The Portfolio.

2. Choose your quantity

Select the number of bottles that suits you. Discovery is available as a 3- or 6-bottle collection, Reserve as a 2- or 6-bottle collection, while The Portfolio includes one bottle of each of our five wines.

3. Choose your frequency

Have your wines delivered every two months, quarterly or every six months.

4. We'll take it from there

We'll be in touch ahead of each delivery, before your card is charged and your wines are dispatched.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Wine Club membership is for a minimum of 12 months. After your first year, your membership will continue until you choose to cancel.

  • Yes. All Wine Club deliveries are complimentary throughout New Zealand.

  • If you need to make a change to an upcoming shipment, please get in touch with us before your order is processed, and we'll do our best to help. Your membership remains subject to the minimum 12-month term.

  • If you'd like to change your Wine Club selection or how often you receive your wines, simply contact us and we'll help arrange this for you.

  • We'll email you ahead of each upcoming Wine Club delivery. Your nominated card will then be charged before your wines are dispatched.

  • Yes. Whether you choose Discovery, Reserve or The Portfolio, you'll enjoy the same Heron's Flight Wine Club benefits, including member pricing, complimentary delivery and priority access to events.

  • You 15% off member discount applies to normal sales online and our tasting room.

    Our ‘Fill Your Own’ days and other special events are not eligible for this discount.

  • Membership benefits and discounts are only valid for active members.

  • Please email us to cancel your Wine Club membership.

    Heron’s Flight will always email you in advance of the upcoming wine delivery, and will never charge your card without first informing you.

  • By signing up to the Heron’s Flight Wine Club, you agree to your credit card being charged as per the option that you have selected with your membership. If at any time you wish to cancel, skip, or modify your wine delivery – this is fine. Simply email us.
